By accessing or using Drawlance Guild’s website and courses, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds: on-demand—full refund within 7 days if under 20% completion; cohorts—refunds up to 14 days before cohort start. See our FAQ for examples.

4. License to materials

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share materials without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to breach security or disrupt services.
• Do not engage in harassment or unethical behavior in cohorts or forums.

6. Changes to services

We may modify or discontinue features to improve quality and safety. We will try to give reasonable notice when changes materially affect your use.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee employment or financial results. Educational outcomes vary by student and context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drawlance Guild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
